How are you going to stress in Life?

How do you control stress? Most people are suffering different types of stress in 21st century and  it is unavoidable. There are lots of way how you can reduce stress level in your body.
In terms of nutrition, you should be away from caffeine, alcohol, nicotine, junk food, smoking, though it improve your energy level straightaway, you will get anxiety symptoms in return, eg., upset stomach, shaky hands and pounding  hears. Apart from that,Watching TV or in front of computer , using pill or drugs, procrastination, oversleep, pinpointing others does also.
How are we going to solve? You need to think solution base,neither overthinking nor underthinking, so that you can think better way less stressful.

You need to be aware of yourself throughout  the day by taking deep breathe in and out, practice yoga and meditation. Make it a habit to drop your shoulders to release any tension from your body. These little things can help in uplifting your mood and make you feel a little more relaxed.
Apart from meditation, you should do exercise that will make you good, give you healthy body which lead to healthy mind.
You should have sound sleep so that it can improve your body and mental health and your personal achievement.
Having  healthy lifestyle habit help you to reduce stress.
We need to ask ourselves what we do about the sources of our stress, so  we need to do action on the situation.

We need to accept the things we cannot control, and we should have time for holiday and relaxation. There are lots of ways recharge  and relax  yourself.  For example, singing out Loud, go for a walk, enjoy natural beauty, listening to Music , Watching comedy , having massage, playing games and gathering  with close friends.
